The staff and service at Ray Ford is exceptional. I was referred to you by my previous mechanic when I needed my belts replaced. On my first visit I was treated so courteously as if I had been to your dealership a million times. On that day, Ray Ford became my repair/maintenance facility and when the time comes to replace my car, the first place I will go is Ray Ford. (And Rocco always makes me laugh :) Thank you for providing wonderful, honest, good old fashioned customer service. It is a pleasure.

I have been a loyal customer for Ray Motor Co since 1967 when I bought my first car.  Ray Motor has always used excellent quality mechanics.  I think Ray Motor has the best mechanics on earth.  They have always found the problems with the car in a short time and repaired them immediately.  I would say try Ray Motor for a vehicle and repairs.  I am sure you will be happy and never regret it.

Service was great.  Friendly people who are also very knowledgeable.  Appointment began promptly and went smoothly and quickly.  Also as a woman, I didn't feel like anyone talked down to me- a not uncommon experience at other dealerships.
